We as members of The Kentucky District 3 Warren County ARES strive to be an effective partner in emergency/disaster response, providing the citizens and public service/safety partners with communications expertise, situational awareness and capabilities of professional communicators. We will accomplish this mission by utilizing our equipment, expertise, skills and capabilities as Amateur Radio Operators to effectively pass message traffic, provide accurate and detailed situation reports, and be active during field exercises.

The purpose of this document is to detail the procedures and technologies employeed by WCKY ARES members before, during, and after activations.
This document applies to the Warren County ARES in Kentucky only. It is meant to supplement any District or Section plans in place to summarize local operations during times of activation with our Served Agencies.
